Erika Kuhn, DNP

I graduated with my associate degree in nursing in 2011 from Aims Community College and my bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2016 from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. I have worked in the operating room, psychiatric, and medical units throughout my nursing career. My passion for the aesthetics world and family practice led me to further my education, and I completed my master’s degree at Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky in 2021. I have completed advanced training on derma fillers, neuromodulators, lasers, and hormone replacement therapy from prestigious programs. My goal is to provide my clients with higher standards of care and help them feel confident and happy by achieving their desired natural look. I am forever my patient’s best advocate.

Kassandra McKay, LE, CLO, Cosmetic Injector, Oncology Trained, NCEA Certified

Kassi is the Manager for Northern Colorado Advanced Aesthetics Academy (NCAAA). She loves working for the school that has taught her so much.  She is a Licensed Aesthetician and is NCEA (National Coalition of Estheticians Associations) Certified, which is equivalent to a 1200 hour master program. Kassi also attended NCAAA for all of her advanced post graduate training. Her main focus is lasers and injectables, but she also provides other advanced treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion. She has also started venturing into tiny tattoo’s and she is loving every minute!

She loves all things cars & racing, motorcycles, fishing, & tattoos. She loves all different types of music and loves going to see live music.

Danielle Parkhurst, LE, CLO, Oncology Trained, NCEA Certified

Dani attended Esthetician school in 2019 and graduated early 2020 after finding a love of make up and waxing. She enjoys every minute of helping others feel beautiful and confident in their own skin.
She specializes in waxing, facials that cater to each persons need, make up, brown laminations, eyelash extensions, and eyelash lifting.
Dani’s passion as an esthetician is what drives her to continue adding on advanced certifications to make her the best aesthetician she can be and to keep up with trends.

She is a huge Disney fan, and has a love for tattoos. She would love to travel more and try new things.

Originally from a small town in Nebraska, Averi moved to Colorado in 2008 where she started her journey in the wonder world of Beauty. She have 13 years of experience working as a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician. She specializes in permanent makeup and a Colorado certified PMU artist Through Beauty Mark. To further her knowledge and skill she has taken advanced training for microblading through Everlasting Brows, Tina Davis powder brow, Mary Ritcherson nano machine brows, Daria Chuprys advanced brows, Shay Danielle lip blush, Monika Ivan powered brows, sculpted liner though sculpted PMU, and Scalp micropigmentation through Scalp CO.

LI ink Lighting/Removal as well as continuing her education everyday to always be on the new trends. Avery has a love education and believes knowledge is power and train students that way. Empowering students with all the knowledge and training she possesses to set them up for success. 

Averi has also worked with a variety of business photographers and videographers for all beauty industry services and have been feature in many articles as well as having her work be published in magazines and editorials. 

Mason Gallagher: LE, CLO, Oncology Trained, NCEA Certified 

Mason is a licensed esthetician and is NCEA (National Coalition of Estheticians Associations) Certified, which is equivalent to a 1200-hour master program. Mason is an instructor for NCAAA and teaches a wide variety of topics including Kinetic Lymphatic Drainage, Body Treatments, Body Contouring, Facials, Etc. Mason went to Louisiana State University and double majored in anthropology and psychology. This vast knowledge gives him intense inter/intrapersonal skills and allows him to critically think as an esthetics instructor. Mason also teaches a DPOS approved Kinetic Resurfacing Machine Aided Lymphatic Drainage class for Licensed Estheticians, RN’s, PT’s and LMT’s. Mason loves to keep up to date with the latest academic journals and technology to perform the most effective services possible. 

When Mason is not performing services or training, he loves to relax by gardening or playing a good ole video game! He’s originally from New Orleans, LA and decided to move to Loveland, CO in 2021 to pursue his esthetics passion. 

Abbigail Sprauge: Customer Service Representative

Abby is our customer service representative and the face you see at the front desk. She majored in business while playing college volleyball and found her love with aesthetics. As she is pursuing this newly found passion in school, she loves helping people and delivering great customer service. 

Her Hobbies include Real Estate, Volleyball, and spending time with her family.
