"A dedicated healthcare professional with over a decade of experience, I began my nursing career in 2011 after graduating from Aims Community College, later earning my BSN from the University of Northern Colorado. My diverse clinical background spans the operating room, psychiatric care, and medical-surgical units. Driven by a passion for family practice and medical aesthetics, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2021. 

Today, I specialize in advanced aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser therapies, and hormone replacement therapy. By combining rigorous clinical training with an artistic eye, I am committed to providing a high standard of care that empowers my clients to feel confident and achieve their most natural, radiant results."

Kassandra McKay, LE, CLO, Cosmetic Injector, Oncology Trained, NCEA Certified, Instructor

Kassi is the Manager for Northern Colorado Advanced Aesthetics Academy (NCAAA). She loves working for the school that has taught her so much.  She is a Licensed Aesthetician and is NCEA (National Coalition of Estheticians Associations) Certified, which is equivalent to a 1200 hour master program. Kassi also attended NCAAA for all of her advanced post graduate training. Her main focus is lasers and injectables, but she also provides other advanced treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion. She has also started venturing into tiny tattoo’s and she is loving every minute!

She loves all things cars & racing, motorcycles, fishing, & tattoos. She loves all different types of music and loves going to see live music.

Danielle Parkhurst, LE, CLO, Oncology Trained, NCEA Certified, Instructor

Dani began her esthetics journey in 2019, graduating early in 2020 after discovering her passion for makeup and waxing. Since then, she’s dedicated her career to helping others feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable in their own skin.

She specializes in custom facials, full-body waxing, makeup artistry, brow laminations, eyelash extensions, and lash lifts—always tailoring each service to her clients’ unique needs.

Driven by her love for the beauty industry, Dani continually pursues advanced certifications and new techniques to stay current with trends and provide the best experience possible for her clients.

Outside the treatment room, Dani is a proud new mom to a beautiful baby girl, a big Disney fan, and a lover of tattoos and travel. She’s always eager to explore new experiences and bring that same creativity and enthusiasm into her work.

Jordy has been a licensed esthetician since 2019. She specializes in eyelash extensions, makeup, brows and customized spray tans. Jordy received her training and Master Makeup Artist from Mario Dedivanovic in NYC in 2017 where she fell in love with the esthetics industry. She puts her own unique flare on all her services and that's what makes her stand out from others. She will not let a client leave her space without 100% loving their look! 

Jordy’s biggest goal is to make sure her clients not only feel more confident but knowing every time they walk in her work space they are getting the exact look they are going for. Confidence is key and she thinks it's important to be confident in the services she provides!

Jordy is a mama first to her son Jagger Crú, who is her heart beat, all her hard work and dedication is to make sure he has the best future.

Abby is our administrative representative and the face you see at the front desk. Her journey in aesthetics began right here at Northern Colorado Advanced Aesthetics Academy, where she spent two years working and discovered how deeply she loved this industry. Being part of the students’ growth and helping them find their path opened her eyes to the impact that great skincare — and great education — can have.

When Abby is not at the school or in the treatment room, she's coaching volleyball, spending time with her fiancé Taylor, and hanging out with our golden retriever, Willow. We love fishing, golfing, and enjoying the Colorado outdoors together.
