ONCOLOGY SKINCARE TREATMENT PLANNING
Students apply course concepts to client scenarios and treatment planning with an emphasis on skin assessment, barrier condition, treatment modifications, ingredient selection, contraindications and client safety.
The goal is to teach students to think beyond a standard facial protocol and understand why, when and how an esthetic treatment may need to be modified for a client affected by cancer treatment.
